Partners in Caring

Partners in Caring is a dedicated group of supporters who through their monthly or quarterly contributions are committed to the transformative work of San Francisco AIDS Foundation to improve the health and wellness of those most marginalized and at risk for HIV/AIDS in our community.

In San Francisco, there are more than 250 new HIV infections every year and there are more than 16,000 living with HIV/AIDS. All of these individuals need care, support and access to services. The recurring gifts of our Partners in Caring members provide a consistent and reliable source of funding to support education, advocacy and direct services for prevention and care for our clients who are in need.

When you become a member of Partners in Caring, your monthly gift will be put to work to support our network of care in many ways. For example:

  • Giving $10 monthly can help provide 140 condoms for distribution
  • Giving $25 monthly can help provide case management for 27 HIV-positive clients who are homeless or at-risk for homelessness
  • Giving $50 monthly can annually provide 18 people with medical benefits counseling to obtain prescription drug assistance

Join today and in return for your generosity, you will receive the following benefits:

  • Invitation to a tour of San Francisco AIDS Foundation’s headquarters
  • A year-end summary of your total monthly gifts for the year (mailed in January)
  • Personalized support to answer questions about the program and your contributions
  • Recognition as a member of Partners in Caring in the Annual Report for cumulative giving of $500 or more annually

Partners in Caring make monthly or quarterly contributions that are automatically deducted from a checking account or charged to a credit card.  There is no end-date for your monthly giving and if you need to make changes or have any questions about the program, you can contact Greg Suhr at gsuhr@sfaf.org or (415) 487-3051.
