Each month Positive Force hosts both fun and educational events that offer you a chance to meet other people living with HIV, grow your social network, and learn how to live your healthiest life with HIV. Urban Adventures Living with HIV starts with living. Join our monthly city excursions, make friends, and get connected to other people living with HIV who get what living with HIV means. Recent Urban Adventures have included bowling, plays, improv shows, BBQs in the park, speed dating, and more to keep you connected with other people living with HIV. The Doctor Is In Twice a month we host a judgment-free, informal presentation and discussion about a health related topic of interest for people living with HIV Positive Force staff and members of the community are there for you too. Stay Current Learn in-depth information from leading experts. Ask questions and connect with panelists and community members while learning about the latest hot topics. We believe that San Francisco can be the first U.S. city to end the HIV epidemic. Every day, we provide free prevention and care services to people in hard-hit neighborhoods—and advocate for them to public officials—because we can envision the day when we beat HIV.
